About the project
This property was an older style property that required a bit of a facelift and some maintenance to prepare it for sale. The team worked on. making the external neat, tidy, and presentable for buyers, as well as completing some maintenance tasks internally.
One of the main selling points of this property was its large rear balcony with excellent views. however, it was in poor shape and needed some attention. We sanded back the deck, refixed a number of missing/broken pailings and repaired the handrail. The whole area got a few fresh coats of paint, making it a wonderful space to have an afternoon drink after work or for entertaining guests.
The driveway and concrete surrounds were also in need of some TLC, many of the slabs were different colours and had holes throughout, we used a mid grey concrete sealer to create a well presented street view that complemented the overall colour scheme.
