About the project
This property had an incredible location but needed a good face lift for the owner to bring it to market.
Nearly every inch of the home was touched by our team. For the external paint job, we went with a contrasting colour scheme of ironstone, surfmist, and natural white. The flooring on the inside was a dark yellow stain, to give it more of a coastal feel, we sanded back the flooring and refinished in a matt clear coat. We removed the dated lighting in place of LED downlights to provide a more modern feel in the home.
The gardens needed a tidy up and a fresh spread of mulch to make them presentable and match the freshly renovated home.
