About the project
This property was a hoarders house that required a full property clear out and renovation to prepare for sale.
We removed 40 cubic metres of waste from the premises before prepping and painting the entire internal of the home. we installed downlights in the common areas, fans in the bedrooms, and a tastic in the bathroom.
As well as the internal of the property, the grounds were overrun and had not been touched in quite some time. We moved some of the existing planting to balance the garden beds, trimmed back larger plants, removed a big broken awning, mowed, mulched, and hedged.
Once the renovation was complete, our styling partners come in and staged the home for the marketing campaign. The property looked amazing and was a complete transformation.
