About the project
This property is nestled in the rainforest at the back of Wyoming. The internal of the house was immaculate so the focus for our team was on the preparation of the external to prepare it for sale.
Being in a rainforest, the properties deck had some wood rot that needed to be replaced. We cut out the individual boards, replaced them with merbau, and stained to match. The doors at the rear and off the master bedroom had decking with pergolas which were unfinished, we painted these white for high contrast against the lush backdrop.
to improve the overall look and feel of the home we pressure cleaned and concrete sealed in a gunmetal colour, this also helped make the pergola areas pop. We completed the garden prep with planting, mulching, clearing out garden/parking areas and step paving up to the back bush area of the property. We also installed some privacy screening along the fence line and around the front stairs to provide a private and clean finish.
