About the project
This project required the team to undertake a large scope of work to prepare the home for sale. The property had a number of different wall colours, door handles, and tapware. These were replaced so everything matched and a bright fresh natural white colour scheme was selected for painting.
The laundry was in original condition, we completed a laundry renovation including levelling the concrete bed, tiling with a morrocan style patterned tile, full painting, new tapware, new cupboards, and a new benchtop.
The external of the property already had incredible views but the surrounding gardens/landscaping was unfinished and in need of maintenance. We pressure cleaned the entire property including the eaves and gutters, re-paved the entertaining area, re-built stairs to the pool, installed drainage channels, completed planting out the retaining walls, mulched all the beds and built screening to meet pool compliance.
The bathrooms had a blue style patterned tile and walls, we painted the walls, ceiling and tiles white, replaced the tapware and installed new vanity door knobs. This provided the bathrooms with a fresh face lift without having to undertake a full renovation.
